My story starts back in 2008 when I decided to go to beauty school after suffering from severe acne for most of my life. To my father's dismay I dropped out of college to attend Tricoci University of Beauty Culture and I could not learn enough about about skin, health, and beauty. I knew I would always have a home in the beauty industry.
Since then I did finally finish my degree (you're welcome Dad!) and have worked for luxury brands, medical spas, and the wedding industry. I even did a little stint in the non-profit industry. I love meeting brides before their big day and giving them the time to feel pampered and beautiful during a very busy and hectic day!
Other important things you should know about me is that I just moved back home to Kentucky from Chicago so I have an accent sometimes. When my hands aren't completely covered in makeup I love to explore new cities around the world, tend to my small garden, or curl up in favorite chair with a book. I also have a Gilmore Girl level coffee addiction so you'll usually find coffee cup nearby at any given time during the day. My favorite coffee places in the world are Eli’s Coffee shop in Morton, IL, Sip of Hope in Chicago, and Vintage Paris, in Branson, MO.
